Unlimited sessions are included, ensuring the photo booth is available for guests throughout the event. Unlimited prints are included, ensuring a printed copy is available for each guest in the photo session. 2 x 6 photo strips and 4 x 6 prints are included in our packages. CUSTOM PRINT DESIGN & BRANDING

Print border may be custom designed and branded for your event. Our skilled design team will create custom mockups reflecting your theme and color scheme and incorporating your logo, any wording or artwork.

We have a variety of photo filter options available. You are welcome to make a selection from our filter gallery. Additionally, we have the capability to design custom photo filters. Please reach out to go over the options.

Online Gallery

We offer the option of uploading all photos to our online gallery, allowing you and your guests to download and share photos after the event. You may opt to secure your gallery with a password for access. Alternatively, we are able to send you all images via a Dropbox link.

Delivery setup/breakdown

Our attendants arrive at least one hour before start time to load-in and set up. We are able to accommodate early setup.

  • one power outlet ≈ 12-15 AMPs / 1,500 Watts

Space requirements: 

  • 8'W x 8'D x 8'H space is recommended. If space is limited, we can set up in a 5'W x 5'D x 7'H area without a backdrop.

Instant Social Sharing

Instant sharing options include email, text, Facebook, Instagram, and X/Twitter. Sharing options may be customized to your specifications. A short caption may be included with any info or wording.

We offer several marketing options for corporate clients including email collection and detailed event analytics. A custom disclaimer may be added on the welcome screen. Green Screen

Live Feed

We are able to set up a Live Feed to any screen, monitor, or projector to stream all event photos in real time. Alternatively, we can email you a dropbox link where all event photos will auto populate instantly so you can set up streaming to your website or social media.

Scrapbook

Scrapbook is a great alternative to the traditional guest book. As each set of guests finish their photo session, one extra photo is printed and added to the scrapbook along with a personalized message of congratulations and warm wishes.

Enclosure

How much space does your photo booth require for setup?

For our complete setup with a backdrop, we require an 8'W x 8'D x 8'H space. However, we understand that venue layouts vary, and if space is limited, we offer a compact setup without the backdrop that requires only 5'W x 5'D x 7'H. 

Do your photo booth services come with an attendant?

Absolutely. Every photo booth rental includes a dedicated professional tech/attendant for the entire duration of the event. Our attendants are experienced in managing guest flow, operating the equipment, troubleshooting any technical issues, and ensuring guests have an exceptional experience from start to finish. All aspects of booth management are handled by our team.

Are your photo booths open-air or enclosed?

Our photo booths are open-air setups, which have become the preferred choice for corporate and private events. Open-air booths offer distinct advantages: efficient setup, standard doorway access (no loading dock required), quick assembly and disassembly, and a sleek, modern aesthetic that elevates any event space.


Most importantly, open-air booths dramatically increase guest engagement. When attendees see others having fun at the booth, it creates natural social momentum—guests are more likely to participate when they witness the experience firsthand. This visibility creates an inviting atmosphere that enclosed booths cannot match, resulting in higher participation rates and greater overall engagement.


If an enclosed setup is required for an event, we are able to order custom-printed enclosures designed and branded for the occasion. We offer multiple sizes and configurations, please, reach out to discuss specific needs.

What is the timeline for setup and breakdown?

Setup typically takes about one hour, but our techs arrive approximately 90 minutes before the event start time to ensure everything is fully operational and ready on time . Breakdown takes approximately 40 minutes. Our team works professionally and efficiently to ensure smooth event operations.

What are the power requirements for the photo booth?

We require one standard electrical outlet (110V, 12-15 amps) within 10 feet of our setup location. If a power source isn't available within that range, let us know in advance and we'll bring an extension cord. Our equipment is designed to work with standard venue power—no special electrical requirements needed.

Does the photo booth rental include prints?

We offer both options to match your event needs - photo booth with instant prints or digital-only for sharing and online gallery..


Please specify if prints are preferred at the time of booking. We offer standard 4x6 and 2x6 print sizes, which cover most event needs; custom print sizes are available upon request (5x7, 6X8, 8x12).

Are you able to provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) for Orlando venues?

Yes, absolutely! We carry comprehensive liability insurance and are able to provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) for any venue. Many event spaces, hotels, and corporate venues require vendor insurance, and we're happy to add venues as an additional insured at no extra cost. Provide us with the venue's requirements, and we'll ensure all documentation is submitted before the event.

How far in advance should I book a photo booth rental in Orlando?

While we don't have a strict booking deadline and are often able to accommodate last-minute requests (even next-day events, availability permitting), we strongly recommend booking as early as possible. Popular dates for corporate events, conventions, expos, weddings, and holiday parties often book 4 to 6 months in advance, other dates book 6 to 8 weeks out. Since the timeline varies, there's no guaranteed availability window. To ensure availability for the event date, early booking is always the best strategy.

While "photo booth rental" is a commonly used term when searching for a photo booth for an event, what we provide is actually a comprehensive photo booth service, not a rental. Unlike equipment rentals where equipment is picked up or dropped off, our photo booths require specialized assembly, configuration, and expert operation throughout the event to ensure a seamless experience.
