Unlimited sessions are included, ensuring the photo booth is available for guests throughout the event. Unlimited prints are included, ensuring a printed copy is available for each guest in the photo session. 2 x 6 photo strips and 4 x 6 prints are included in our packages. CUSTOM PRINT DESIGN & BRANDING

Print border may be custom designed and branded for your event. Our skilled design team will create custom mockups reflecting your theme and color scheme and incorporating your logo, any wording or artwork.

We offer a fantastic variety of props, from classic props on sticks to digital props. For an added level of customization, we offer custom-printed props and branded digital props, tailored to highlight your event’s theme and showcase your branding.

We offer a variety of backdrop options to choose from as well as some custom add-ons including custom-branded enclosures, custom printed Step & Repeat backdrops of various shapes and sizes, and Green Screen.

We have a variety of photo filter options available. You are welcome to make a selection from our filter gallery. Additionally, we have the capability to design custom photo filters. Please reach out to go over the options.

Online Gallery

We offer the option of uploading all photos to our online gallery, allowing you and your guests to download and share photos after the event. You may opt to secure your gallery with a password for access. Alternatively, we are able to send you all images via a Dropbox link.

Delivery setup/breakdown

Our attendants arrive at least one hour before start time to load-in and set up. We are able to accommodate early setup.

  • one power outlet ≈ 12-15 AMPs / 1,500 Watts

Space requirements: 

  • 8'W x 8'D x 8'H space is recommended. If space is limited, we can set up in a 5'W x 5'D x 7'H area without a backdrop.

Instant Social Sharing

Instant sharing options include email, text, Facebook, Instagram, and X/Twitter. Sharing options may be customized to your specifications. A short caption may be included with any info or wording.

Marketing/Analytics Report

We offer several marketing options for corporate clients including email collection and detailed event analytics. A custom disclaimer may be added on the welcome screen. Green Screen

Green Screen may be replaced with any image, graphic, or video creating a custom background that will reflect a specific theme. Up to 6 background images may be selected. Please, contact us for more info and pricing.

Survey

Live Feed

We are able to set up a Live Feed to any screen, monitor, or projector to stream all event photos in real time. Alternatively, we can email you a dropbox link where all event photos will auto populate instantly so you can set up streaming to your website or social media.

Scrapbook

Scrapbook is a great alternative to the traditional guest book. As each set of guests finish their photo session, one extra photo is printed and added to the scrapbook along with a personalized message of congratulations and warm wishes.

Enclosure

Yoomee Photo Booth Rentals are open style booths however if you are interested in adding an enclosure we offer multiple enclosure options: inflatable enclosures, tent enclosures, and custom branded enclosures. Please, reach out for more info, pricing, and sample photos.

Custom Print Size

Custom print sizes are available to accommodate your event's unique needs. In addition to the standard 2” x 6” photo strips and 4” x 6” prints included in our packages, we are able to produce 5” x 7”, 6” x 8”, 8” x 10”, and 8” x 12” print sizes upon request. How much does a photo booth rental cost in Las Vegas?

Every quote is customized. Pricing depends on booth type, hours of service, event date, venue and location, and add-ons such as custom branding and printed backdrops. All packages are all-inclusive with no hidden fees, and quotes are confirmed within one business day.

What is included in every package?

Unlimited 2x6 and 4x6 prints, unlimited sessions, custom template design, a professional attendant, props, instant social sharing, and an online gallery.

How much space and power does the photo booth need?

A standard setup uses an 8'W x 8'D x 8'H footprint and one standard power outlet (12-15 amps). Where space is limited, the booth fits a 5'W x 5'D x 7'H area without a backdrop.

Does Yoomee work at Strip hotels and convention centers?

Yes - we specialize in Las Vegas Strip hotels and convention venues, and work regularly at the Las Vegas Convention Center, Venetian Expo, Mandalay Bay Convention Center, Caesars Palace, ARIA, and other major venues. Our equipment packs into rolling cases that fit standard doorways, so no loading dock or forklift is required.

When does the team arrive for setup?

Our techs arrive at least one hour before start time. Early setup can be arranged.

Can a certificate of insurance (COI) be provided for the venue?

Yes. Yoomee is fully insured, and a COI can be provided for any Las Vegas venue on request.

How far in advance should an event be booked?

There is no strict booking cutoff - in some cases events can be accommodated even within the same week, subject to availability. Popular dates may book up as early as three months in advance, so booking as early as possible is recommended to ensure availability.

Which areas does Yoomee serve around Las Vegas?

Yoomee provides photo booth rentals throughout the entire Las Vegas valley - the Strip, Downtown, Henderson, Summerlin, and the greater Southern Nevada area. Events outside the region can also be accommodated - please reach out to inquire.

Can the photo booth be set up outdoors?

Yes - outdoor setup is available with prior arrangements. Service cannot be provided outdoors during inclement weather such as rain or extreme wind.
