Q: What is a photo booth rental?

A photo booth rental is a portable photo booth service for events and parties that allows guests to take photos of themselves using a camera, lighting, and backdrop. The photo booth can print physical copies or send digital copies to guests via email or text message, making it a fun and interactive way to capture memories. It's a popular choice for weddings, corporate events, and other special occasions, and can be customized with props and backgrounds to match the event's theme.

Q: What are the power requirements for your Photo Booths?

Most of our photo booths require a single standard power outlet with a power rating of 15-20 amps. However, some of our booths can operate with less than 15 amps of power. Additionally, our 360 SpinCams and Roaming Photo Booths are battery-operated and do not require any additional power sources.

Q: We have an outdoor event, can your booths be set up outside?

Yes, we can set up our booths outdoors provided we have access to a power source and a backup plan in case of inclement weather. Please, let us know if your event requires an outdoor setup so we can go over the details.

Q: Do your Photo Booths come with backdrops?

Yes, we offer a variety of backdrop choices included in our packages. We'll send you an email with the different options available, so you can choose the one that best fits your event’s theme and color scheme.

Q: Can we use our own backdrop?

Yes, you can select from one of our backdrop options or provide your own backdrop. If you choose to provide your own backdrop, please ensure that its dimensions are at least 8'W x 7'H.

Q: Are attendants provided with your services?

Some of our services come with an attendant included and some services are able to be set up without an attendant. To learn more about which services come with an attendant, please contact us via email or phone for more info.

Q: How much time is needed for equipment setup?

Most of our services require one hour for set up and 45 minutes for breakdown. The 360 Photo Booth requires 2 hours for setup and the 180 MultiCam requires 4 hours for setup. 

Q: In what cities do you provide services?

We have multiple locations across the US and we are able to travel to any destination in the US and Canada.

Q: What types of events are Photo Booths best suited for?

Q: Do you offer custom backdrop options?

Yes, we offer a variety of custom backdrop options, including tension fabric custom Step & Repeat, custom circular backdrops, custom rectangular backdrops, custom double sided backdrops, etc. Please, contact us for more info and pricing.

Q: Do we get access to photos/videos after our event?

Yes, we will email you a link to download all your photos/videos after your event.

Q: Why should we rent a Photo Booth for our wedding?

Whether you have young children or older relatives attending your wedding, a Photo Booth is a fun activity that can bring everyone together. It also provides an opportunity for guests who may not know each other well to break the ice and have some fun taking group photos. 

Q: How many hours of service is recommended for a wedding?

The duration of your photo booth service is influenced by the type of wedding you are having, the number of guests attending, and the duration of the reception. For smaller, more intimate weddings, a service period of 3 hours may be sufficient. For larger weddings with longer receptions and hundreds of guests, it is advisable to hire the photo booth for the entire duration of the event.

Our experience has revealed that guests may want to use the photo booth anytime during the reception and it is challenging to determine when they will use it more. Thus, if you were to initiate the Photo Booth service later into the reception, it may disappoint guests who were anticipating taking photos during the cocktail hour or at the beginning of the reception before having food and drinks. Conversely, if the Photo Booth service ends early, it may disappoint guests who were eager to have fun taking photos after having a few drinks. For this reason, we recommend having the photo booth service run for the entire duration of the reception.
